It means you have to learn how to THINK like a business owner, before you will be successful as a business owner. Even employees who learn how the think and make decisions like the business owner, will be much more successful in their roles and will contribute more to the health and success of the business.

Why this blog?
I write this blog to encourage other people to step out and find their passion. Chase after that dream that they've always had in their heart and go for it.
I
have come to the realization that the only way the masses of the people
out there are going to make it, is if they take control of their lives
and their careers and do SOMETHING with their lives other than breathing
in recycled air under fluorescent lighting after fighting rush hour
traffic to get to their little cubicle of a workspace.
Call it a next generation Manifest Destiny if you want to.
In the end we're all in this together. And I mainly write this blog to share the things I have learned over the years - usually as the result of the bad decisions and stupid mistakes I have made.
